If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform and all its contents (text, graphics, code, software) are the proprietary property of NextGovJob or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

By posting content, you grant us a license to use and display it. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines:

• Systematically retrieving data (scraping) without permission
• Using automated bots or scripts
• Interfering with security features
• Attempting to bypass access controls
• Framing or mirroring the Platform

• We are not responsible for hiring decisions
• Verify information with the official organization
• We never charge candidates for job access

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We are committed to protecting your data under applicable Indian laws.

We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, uptime, or results obtained from the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NextGovJob SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This includes loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
